Doni Tunheim has a BA in Graphic Arts and works as a graphic
artist. Has enjoyed various careers as an Architectural Color Consultant
and Restorer of a Victorian House. Doni and Husband Ed live at Plantation
with 40 chickens, 3 pheasants, too many wild turkeys and a small cat.
Doni rediscovered watercolor and a weird desire, based on a childhood
surrounded by paper dolls and blunt scissors, to paint and create strange
little scenarios and very short stories about subjects selected in pizza
dreams or airport layovers. She sells well enough to allay any guilt
about
skipping the housework. Doni has exhibited in many shows across the USA,
and is represented in many collections.
