Kim Robinson, a multi-talented artist residing on the coast, was
previously known internationally as one of the five women carving
contemporary netsuke world wide.
Kim began her painting career after studying art in Florence,
Italy. In 1994 she moved to the coast and in '99 had a sold out show
at Pangaea in Point Arena.
Kim's bold, colorful, layering of media and mystical meaning takes you
to a realm of spirituality, fantasy, and sometimes whimsy.
Ms. Robinson's work can currently be seen at Handsel Gallery, Santa
Fe; Connections Gallery, Sausalito; and Claudia Chapman Gallery,
Stinson Beach.
Look for her Aug.-Sept. Show at Pangaea, Point Arena and at Wilkes
Brashford Gallery, Mendocino in October.
