Jim is a fulltime artist blacksmith on the Sonoma Coast in Northern California, specializing in home accessories from gates to chandeliers.

Jim is a member of the board of directors of the California blacksmith Association, an instructor for Mendocino Art Center and gives private lessons from his Stewarts Point studio. He has given demonstrations to the public and to other artist blacksmiths in most of the Western United States.
